Privacy Policy

What we collect when you order, why we need it, and your rights over it.

Last updated 5 August 2026

What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, contact number and any details you send us about the order itself. If you subscribe to our mailing list we also hold your email address. We do not collect card or bank credentials.

Why we need it

We use your information to confirm and pack your order, arrange delivery, keep you updated on its progress, answer your questions, and, if you have opted in, send restock alerts and offers.

Who we share it with

We share delivery details with the courier handling your parcel, which may be J&T Express, Grab or Maxim, and only to the extent needed to deliver it. Payments are processed by GCash or your bank directly, so we never see or store your payment credentials. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Marketing

Mailing list messages are opt-in. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect any order you have placed.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and after-sales support, and no longer than required. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to correct anything inaccurate, to object to processing, and to request erasure or blocking. To exercise any of these, message us on Instagram or Facebook, or use the contact page, and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Keeping it safe

Order details are held in our own business accounts and shared only with the people packing and delivering your order. We take reasonable steps to protect them, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
