The terms you agree to when you order from Japan Avenue PH.

Who we are

Japan Avenue PH is a retailer of Japanese beauty, wellness and pantry products, based at N. Torres St. cor. Alzate Ext., Obrero, Davao City, Philippines. Throughout these terms, we and us refer to Japan Avenue PH, and you refers to the person placing an order.

Placing an order

Orders are placed by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook, or by sending an order request through our contact page. An order is confirmed only once we have replied to acknowledge it. Sending a message does not by itself create a binding sale.

Reservations and payment

When we confirm an order we reserve the items for you for 24 hours. Payment is due within that window. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours, the reservation is released and the items return to general stock. We accept GCash, bank transfer, and cash for in-store purchases and Davao deliveries.

Prices

All prices are shown in Philippine pesos and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price we confirm to you at the time of your order is the price you pay. Delivery charges are quoted separately and are not included in the product price.

Product information

Our products are sourced in Japan and are intended for the Japanese domestic market. Packaging and instructions are usually in Japanese. Product photographs are for illustration and packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without notice. We describe every item as accurately as we can, but we are a retailer, not the manufacturer.

Availability

Stock levels change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer a replacement, a hold until restock, or a full refund of anything you have already paid.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for how a product suits your individual skin or health. Please read the ingredients and patch-test new skincare. If you have a medical condition or a known allergy, consult a professional before use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
